Database Options

There are several database options you can use when working with your forms.

·       Global Tools let you set up the following features that can be used on multiple forms within EX FormFlow - Forms:

o     Database connections

o     Validations

o     Data sources

o     String replacers

·       Form Specific Tools let you set up the following features that can be used with a specific form. They cannot be used on multiple forms.

o     Mapped statements

o     Stored procedures

o     Views

o     Payment profiles

o     Balance calculators

o     Workflow configurations

o     EX mapping (only those schools licensed to use CRM Candidate have the EX Mapping option)
