Rows can contain text, images, questions, and action buttons (described in the Questions section below). You can add multiple rows to a tab and move them according to how you want your questions ordered. Rows without content are removed when the page is refreshed. You can copy a row to the same form and/or copy a row to your clipboard where it can be pasted into another form.
If a row does not contain questions, it is removed from the form page. |
1. Log in to the campus portal as an administrator and access EX FormFlow - Forms.
2. Click Manage Forms. The Manage Forms page appears.
3. Click on the name of the form you want to update. The Form page appears.
4. Click on the tab you want to work with.
5. Click Add Row. A row is added where you can add text or questions can be added.
Rows can be reordered using drag and drop.
1. Log in to the campus portal as an administrator and access EX FormFlow - Forms.
2. Click Manage Forms. The Manage Forms page appears.
3. Hover over the blue line on the row to be moved until the cursor turns to crosshairs.
4. Click on the row and hold.
5. Drag to position the row in the desired order.

3. Click on the name of the form you want to update. The Form page appears.
4. Click on the tab you want to work with.
5. Right-click on the blue line on the row to be added to another tab and select Move to Tab. A list of the form tabs appears. Example
6. Click on the tab where you want to move the row. The row is removed from the tab and added as a new row to the selected tab.
7. To move the row to another location on the tab:
a. Hover over the question row to be moved until the cursor turns to crosshairs.
b. Click on the blue line on the row and hold.
c. Drag to position the row in the desired order.
Copy & Paste a Row to the Same Form
1. Log in to the campus portal as an administrator and access EX FormFlow - Forms.
2. Click Manage Forms. The Manage Forms page appears.
3. Click on the name of the form you want to update. The form appears.
4. Click on the tab you want to work with.
5. Right-click on the blue line on the row to be added to another tab and select Copy To This Form. An identical copy of the row is pasted to the tab.
You may need to refresh to see the newly pasted row. |
6. To move the row to another location on the tab:
a. Hover over the question row to be moved until the cursor turns to crosshairs.
b. Click on the row and hold.
c. Drag to position the row in the desired order.
Copy & Paste a Row to Another Form
1. Log in to the campus portal as an administrator and access EX FormFlow - Forms.
2. Click Manage Forms. The Manage Forms page appears.
3. Click on the name of the form you want to update. The Form page appears.
4. Click on the tab you want to work with.
5. Right-click on the blue line on the row to be added to another tab and select Copy to Clipboard.
You can copy several rows to the clipboard. Repeat Step 5 for each row you want to paste in another form. |
6. Click Manage Forms. The Manage Forms page appears.
7. Click the form you are adding the row to.
8. Click on the tab where you want to add the row.
9. From the upper-left corner of the form tool bar, click the Paste icon. A list of all copied rows appears. Example
You may need to refresh to see the newly pasted row. |
10. Select the question you want to paste. The question is added to the bottom of the form.
11. To move the question to another location on the tab:
a. Hover over the question row to be moved until the cursor turns to crosshairs.
b. Click on the blue line on the row and hold.
c. Drag to position the row in the desired order.

3. Click on the name of the form you want to update. The Form page appears.
4. Click on the tab you want to work with.
5. Right-click on the blue line on the row you want to remove.
6. Select Delete. The confirmation window appears.
7. Click OK. The confirmation window closes and the row is permanently removed.
